All-in-One Diapers (known as AIO's) are just that, they have all layers of the diaper (outer shell, inner liner, and insert) all sewn together. There is no need to stuff or unstuff pockets or mess with placing an insert. These diapers come in snaps or aplix and are probably the closest diaper to a disposable in ease of use and number of steps.
