Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product, you may return it to us within 30 days. Simply call or email us and we will send you information about how to ship the product back to us. If your item is unused and has not been washed, we will fully reimburse you, minus a 10% restocking fee. If your item has been used and/or washed, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your purchase price.

If you would like to return your item due to manufacturer defect, we will either ask that you return the item to us or to the manufacturer. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Typically you are refunded your entire purchase price or have an option to replace the item.

Please contact us prior to shipping your item to us so we can arrange for shipping.

Price Matching

We will price match as long as they are offering the same products with the same shipping costs. If a company is offering clearance pricing due to inventory liquidation, we may or may not be able to match their pricing. Please contact us prior to placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot go back and price match after the fact.

Shipping Policies

Most in-stock items are packaged and shipped within 24 hours, but some may take 1-2 days for shipping and handling. Items that are not in-stock will ship after they are received from the manufacturer. We try to keep our site up-to-date as far as stock is concerned, but due to demand some products are listed on our site whether we have them in stock or not. We try our best to note this on that items particular page.

Custom print orders (i.e. Nifty Nappy prints) can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks due to manufacturers lead times which are beyond our control. Please contact us to receive as estimated wait time for these products.

Our current flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

Domestic Shipping Rates:
$0 - $19.99 = $2.99
$20 - $39.99 = $4.75
$40 - $59.99 = $6.99
$60 and above = FREE SHIPPING

Most packages ship USPS Priority Mail. We try to use delivery confirmation for all packages. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for packages once they leave our hands. If you would like additional insurance, please contact us.

Local customers can use the coupon code LOCAL to override shipping charges and pick up their order locally.

International Customers:  We are happy to ship internationally depending on the destination, but our free shipping offer is available to USA customers only. We highly encourage you to contact us prior to ordering with your intended order and we can verify your shipping costs.

Due to our recent influx of Australian customers (welcome!) we have set up flat shipping rates to packages going to Australia. These packages ship USPS International First Class. If you would like a different shipping option please contact us.

Australian Shipping Rates:
$0 - $99.99 = $16.95
$100 - $199.99 = $24.95
$200 and above = $44.99

We try our best to set fair flat rates but of course these are estimates. In the event that your final shipping price is below the amount you paid, please contact us and we would be happy to return the difference in store credit for you to use towards your next purchase.

Multiple Shipments: We are happy to ship your items in multiple shipments if only part of your order is available, however, only one shipment is included in our free shipping promotion. All subsequent shipments will be billed our flat rates above once those orders ship.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us! The information we collect from you is for internal processing only. It is necessary for us to complete your order. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will never be sold or shared with anyone. Email addresses are used only for communication pertaining to your order.

Layaway Program

We understand that diapers can be expensive! We have a layaway program that will help you get the diapers you want while making payments you can afford. This program is perfect if you’re eyeing holiday/seasonal prints and want to be sure they will still be available! We do not charge interest or fees on our layaway program.

 We will pull your items from our stock and set them aside for you, or in the event of a custom order, we will place the custom order for you.

The order details are as follows:

• Order your items. In order to apply layaway terms, orders must be a minimum of $100.
• Please select “Layaway Program” upon checkout. 25% of your order amount will be due up front for us to pull your order from stock. After your order in received, we will send you a PayPal invoice for this amount.
• The remainder of your bill (75% of the total) will need to be made in 2 installments. The first installment payment will be due 30 days after your initial purchase.
• The final installment payment will be due 60 days after your initial purchase.  You will receive a PayPal invoice for these payments.
• If request for payment is not completed within one week of invoicing, your order will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee will be charged and you will only be refunded the difference. 
• Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of your final installment.
• If you wish to shorten your payment timeframe, please let me know the terms you wish for.
• By selecting “Layaway Program” option at checkout you have therefore agreed to these terms.

For example, if your order is $100, your layaway terms are as follows:

• Initial payment of 25% - $25.00
• 2nd Installment after 30 days (1/2 of remaining balance) - $37.50
• 3rd Installment after 60 days (remaining balance) - $37.50
